Red Ketchup, inkjet printed on cardboard, 2013, 240x160x1cm

C-Flower metaphorically represents a view of Berlin as a blooming red flower. The sculpture consists of petals in the shape of a printed ketchup bottle, with the ketchup as a pun giving a reference to "catch-up" and storytelling about the lack of food, such as tomatoes, in the GDR era. The petals show the types of products seen in Germany, revealing the variation of neoliberal capitalism.
